"I moved and transferred my SF policies to the Sylvan office. For my auto policies, I paid the new premium, but I had to work hard because the first estimate was twice the rate in Ohio.
A few weeks later my SF agent from Ohio, called me stating that one of my cars was PAST DUE. I looked on the app and he was correct. He brought it to the attention of the Sylvan office. Their response was it was a computer error and would work on it, again.
I asked to talk to Mr. Sylman, the agent, I was told he was out of the office even though it was only 3:00 on Friday"
